Description
- ENF Products offer genuine 3D cell culture surfaces that are optically transparent and compatible with light/visible microscopy.
- The physical dimensions align with high-throughput and standard lab equipment.
- The nanofibers, composed of polycaprolactone (PCL), mimic soft tissues like cartilage.
- With an approximate diameter of 700nm, the nanofiber polymers have a thickness of about 20 microns on the bottom of the plate, ensuring durability without degradation.
- These polymers can be easily coated with extracellular matrix proteins, such as laminin, collagen, fibronectin, poly L-Lysine, ligands, etc., using simple lab protocols.
- No special media or reagents are required for our products.
- The fiber scaffolds boast over 90% porosity, and each fiber batch undergoes rigorous testing for physical properties, suitability for cell attachment, and viability.
- Our plates come plasma surface treated, ready for immediate use in tissue culture work.
- Each plate is UV light, gamma irradiated, or e-beam treated, ensuring sterility during shipment.
- Cells can be effortlessly removed using Trypsin-EDTA or Accutase for passaging or downstream applications.
